“The Scandalous Rise of Inequality in Canada” is Prof. Lars Osberg second book in the series examining Canadian inequality. While the Canadian economy has been growing, since the 1980a it is almost exclusively within the wealthy class. Prof. Osberg’s book traces income over the last 40 years to the undeniable conclusions that groups who do the work are not receiving their fair share.
