Description
The third reading session on climate change will be chaired by senior research scholar Dr. Shouvik Chakraborty, who will talk about his experience in undertaking climate change research studies focused on India. Dr. Chakraborty is currently associated with Political Economy Research Institute (PERI) at University of Massachusetts. Shouvik’s current research focuses on the generation of jobs through investment in clean renewable energy and the impact of crop diversification on food security. He is a member of the World Economic Association.
It is request for all the participants of the previous reading session to come prepared for the webinar, on discussion areas, and presentation from the reading list shared previously.
