The YSI Standard of Operations outlines the operational structures, roles, and responsibilities within the Young Scholars Initiative to ensure continued sustained growth of our volunteer community.
General Framework for Addressing Community-wide Concerns
Whenever we attempt to address issues that concern the community at large, we follow the General Framework in order to ensure a process in which we develop a comprehensive understanding of the issue at hand, and gain a wide range of perspectives on how the issue impacts our community members. On the basis of the insights we acquire from this process, we may identify ways to address such issues.
