Description

The Keynesian Economics Working Group is glad to announce a new partnership with the Fifth Nordic Post-Keynesian Conference organized by The Macroeconomic Methodology, Theory and Economic Policy research group, at Aalborg University (MaMTEP). As part of this partnership, YSI will offer accommodation and partial travel stipends to selected young scholars who will present at the PhD Seminar day of the conference.

The PhD seminar will provide an opportunity for young scholars to present their work and receive feedback from one senior scholar and an another PhD student. More information about the conference is available at the website: https://www.business.aau.dk/research/mamtep/pkconference/.

Young Scholars Application process and funding

Submissions of extended abstracts (500 words) can be made at this link: https://www.business.aau.dk/research/mamtep/pkconference/registration-accommodation/
• Deadline for abstract: February 1st, 2022
• Full papers will be required before the conference.

Note that YSI cannot cover other types of expenses related to the pandemic (for instance, COVID tests or hotel quarantine) and travel stipends will only be paid in case the participant is able to enter the country. For additional information on YSI Policy for In-Person Events, visit https://heske.wisdmlabs.net/covid-policy. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the conference registration fee, but participants of the PhD seminar have a discounted fee (30 euros). Only submissions for the PhD seminar will be considered for the YSI travel stipend.
