Prof. Clélio Campolina Diniz (CEDEPLAR/UFMG)
Professor Emérito da UFMG. É mestre e doutor em Ciência Econômica pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Campolina foi diretor-presidente do Parque Tecnológico de Belo Horizonte – BH-Tec – (2007 a 2009), Reitor da UFMG (2010-2014) e Ministro da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (2014). Sua pesquisa se concentra nos campos da economia regional, desenvolvimento econômico, economia da tecnologia, economia brasileira e economia de Minas Gerais. Publicou mais de 100 trabalhos no Brasil e no exterior. Coordenou a área de economia e foi membro do CTC da Capes e ex-presidente da Câmara de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas da Fapemig, É vice-presidente da Regional Studies Association e Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (Reino Unido).
