Description
Within the Economic Fitness and Complexity Spring School, organised by the Enrico Fermi Research Centre (CREF), UNU-MERIT and YSI, CREF will host the presentation of the "Handbook on Economic Complexity for Policy", co-edited by the Joint Research Center – European Commission and the International Finance Corporation – World Bank.
The Handbook will be presented by Mikel Landabaso (Director of JRC.B – Fair and Sustainable Economy), Emanuele Pugliese (Economist at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission) and Masud Cader (Country Analytics Lead at International Finance Corporation – World Bank). The presentation will be followed by a roundtable, featuring Giovanni Dosi (Full Professor in Economics at the Institute of Economics, Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies), Luc Soete (Professor at UNU-MERIT, United Nations University), Emanuele Pugliese and Masud Cader. The presentation will be chaired by Andrea Tacchella (Senior Research Fellow at CREF) and the discussion will be moderated by Dario Diodato (Economist at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission). A Q&A session will follow.
